After having a lot of snow over night, I took the chance to shoot a video for  the new song silent days and nights. I stepped with bare feet into the cold snow — cautious at first, then running faster, and finally dancing joyfully in the deep winter landscape. Yes, it was *really cold on the feet!* ❄️🩰.

It’s been such a pleasure to have had my first festival experience in Quebec (Canada) at Connexion Extatique Festival. Although my French is very limited (not to say it’s almost nothing besides some clichés and numbers), I felt so welcome, included, at home, loved, received… I had a beautiful week without internet but a lot of dance instead, deep and joyful encounters, a powerful concert with my new friend David Baltz, a fully packed workshop in the rain and a sunny day retreat in the forest… Hallelujah… just amazing. Here is a little cut from this concert… enjoy 

The single “Fly, beloved butterfly” is a joint release with my dear friend Sascha Kid (cello).

Recorded in 432 Hz tuning, this contemplative neoclassical piece featuring cello, piano, and atmospheric sounds is an invitation to connect with your heart and soul and immerse yourself in a playful lightness that nourishes your inner child.

It is a piece of new beginnings, hope, transformation, and a reminder that life always offers new possibilities, even when it seems sometimes difficult to see them.

“Fly, beloved butterfly” is the perfect accompaniment for reflection, relaxation, stress management in challenging life situations, but also good to accompany your morning practice or yoga classes.
